Our quality management tool helps you to understand the EFQM Excellence Model and to perform self-assessments of your company.
The Business Assessment Manager is a tool to perform an EFQM self-assessment. It offers both a quick self assessment and an EFQM questionnaire approach. Questionnaires may be completed by different assessors. The Business Assessment Manager then analyzes the results, offers a wide range of charts and overviews and provides support in preparing final reports containing areas of improvements. This program goes beyond automating a set of predefined questionnaires. Instead, it provides superior support for the full assessment process.
With its Business Assessment Manager, E2S offers a tool, which greatly facilitates an EFQM self assessment:
- The user interface is straightforward and simple. You can click and see the results immediately.
- The Business Assessment Manager accelerates the data gathering process and reduces significantly the use of paper questionnaires. It instantly provides results, shows trends and provides initial reports with strong points and areas of improvement.
- The questionnaires not only gather the score for the questions, but also the motivations, the strong points and the areas of improvement. This gives a more complete picture of what is going on in your business than just a list of figures.
- Create your questionnaire, specifically tuned to your business needs. When purchasing a license and on your request, we send you the database containing the questionnaire from the book Excellent, a Guide for the implementation of the EFQM-Excellence Model.
