Air Conditioning

AircoMonitoring and controlling hardware devices requires a software environment. With our engineering background, we develop software solutions targeted to your technical environment. Some of our applications are distributed over the distributors network of our clients.

We develop applications controlling your devices in real-time. We provide a user-friendly interface to interact with them, to validate a configuration and to add higher level services (e.g. optimized towards energy consumption) on top of a direct device control. Interacting with the devices is done via a central computer, via a remotely connected computer (remote maintenance), via a number of client computers on your local network or via the internet.

We also develop applications to help you in making the optimal selection of hardware devices, depending on various selection criteria. For instance the selection of a heating device in function of a heat load calculation.

Some examples

Controlling and Managing Hardware Systems

Controlling and Managing Hardware Systems

This application reads the hardware configuration from a database. This allows checking the actual hardware configuration with the intended one. The user may define scheduled actions (for instance, a timer to start or stop devices) and constraints (for instance, a maximum allowed setting).

Device or Parts Selection

Device or Parts Selection

Given a set of selection criteria or design conditions and a list of devices or parts with their capacity or constraint data, the application determines the complying devices or parts. This initial problem becomes more complex by adding specific requirements:

Heat Load Calculation

Heat Load Calculation

A heat or cool load calculation program must take various influences into account, such as basic loads (persons, appliances and lights), the sun light, the accumulation of heat into the walls, ... etc. The more influences are taken into account, the more accurate the results are. However, they also become more difficult to interpret, as it is not always easy to find out why the calculation led to the results.
